Peanut Chutney is a versatile chutney that goes with most if the south indian breakfast dishes and also is a great combination with savory crepe or burger dressing!
Here's a easy recipe.

1 Dry Red Chili (increase or decrease per spice level)
1 Green Chili (increase or decrease per spice level)
Tamarind Paste (concentrated) - 1/4 tsp (increase or decrease per taste)
Sugar - 1/8 tsp
Salt per taste
Grind everything together into a find paste. That's it! To further enhance its flavor, you can add Tadka. Enjoy!!
How to make simple Tadka:
Heat oil in medium, when hot add listed in 2, 3, 4 and 5 (careful it starts spluttering). After 30 secs remove from the heat and top this on the chutney.
