Orange Creme Brulee

Ingredients
Whole Milk – 3 cups
Eggs – 5
Sugar – 1.5 cups (you increase if you need more sweetness)
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Orange Zest – 4 tsps (2 + 2)
Sugar 1 cup for caramel

1. Heat the Milk and once done let it cool down. Milk should be warm for this process. 
2. Whisk Eggs (separate yellow and white; whisk them separately and combine, this will give nice froth), Sugar, Vanilla Essence and 2 tsp Orange Zest together.
3. Now add milk slowly in the mixture from Step 2 and combine all continuously for at least 1-1/2 min.
4. Caramel – Combine 1 cup Sugar,2 tbsp water and 2 tsp Orange Zest in a vessel on high heat to make a nice caramel.
5. Pour caramel into the ramekins. Spread it onto the entire base of the ramekin. When it settles, add the mixture from step 3.
6. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and pour some water in the baking dish so that it comes up till the side of the ramekin.
7. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 min or till it’s done (you can easily make out when you see it). 
8. Once done, refrigerate it. Its best when cold. Enjoy!
