Oats & Veggies Savory Crepe / Dosa / Attu

Recipe Credit - V :)
Old fashioned Oats - 1 cup (grind and make as flour)
Potato - 1 grated
Tomato - 1 finely chopped and deseeded
Cilantro - handful, finely chopped
Carrots - 2 large grated
Spinach - 1 cup chopped
Green Chilies - 4 nos finely chopped
Onion - 1 small or use scallions
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsps
Oil ~ 4 tbsps (I used coconut oil, it gives a great flavor)
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp optional (for extra spice)
Salt per taste
Water - to mix all together and make into batter
Mix all the above ingredients with water and make a batter for dosa / crepe. Heat pan/tawa (preferably non-stick), add oil (few drops); pour batter and make crepes.
Tastes great with Peanut Chutney. Enjoy!!
