Sunnundalu / Sununde / Sununda / Urad Dal Laddu /Urad Dal Laddoo

I was craving for Sunundalu and luckily I had Urad Dal (not whole ones) and also 15 mins to spare.. I never thought these were so easy to make... how I wish I had known the recipe before :) 
This recipe makes 10 decent size laddoos

Urad Dal - 1 cup
Sugar ~ 1/2 cup (can be increased or decreased as per your sweetness)
Ghee (clarified butter) ~ 1/3 cup (melted and warm)

Dry roast urad dal till it starts to turn golden brown (dont burn). 
Once cooled, grind urad dal and sugar into fine powder.
Transfer the powder in a wide bowl and add warm ghee, and stir well. Now make laddos by shaping them into rounds. Enjoy!!
**Note it is very important that you control your temptation when making laddos if not nothing will be left for others :)
