Parfait

For 2 cups:
Greek Yogurt - 6 tbsps
Fruit - any, I used Mango......strawberry, blueberry,blackberry are great as well
Honey - 3 tsps optional
Granola / Oats / Any breakfast cereal - 1.5 cups
Chia / Sabja / Tulsi seeds - 2 tsps soaked in water and water drained


Layer granola, yogurt and fruit and add sabja/chia/tulsi seeds along with honey. 
Enjoy!!
