Ragi (Finger Millet) Flour Coconut Halwa

You may call it whatever you want ....but I am calling it Halwa. 
This healthy sweet needs less that 15 mins to make.
Ragi/ Finger Millet flour - 1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut Powder - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup (can be increased depending on your sweet level)
Water ~ 3/4cup 
Ghee /Butter - 3 tbsps
Cardamom Powder - 1/3 tsp (optional)
Cinnamon Powder - 1/3 tsp (optional)
Cashews for decoration (optional)
Sesame seeds for decoration (optional)
  1. Heat a pan on medium, add Ragi flour and dry fry for 5 mins till the raw flavor goes away.
  2. Add Coconut Powder to it and fry for 2 mins. 
  3. Next add Sugar and fry for 1 min. 
  4. Add water and quickly start stirring. 
  5. Add 1 tbsp Ghee and stir for 1 mins. Add the remaining ghee and follow the same. Switch off heat. Let it cool and you can shape it in rounds, squares or any shape you want. Enjoy!!!
