You may call it whatever you want ....but I am calling it Halwa.
This healthy sweet needs less that 15 mins to make.
Ragi/ Finger Millet flour - 1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut Powder - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup (can be increased depending on your sweet level)
Water ~ 3/4cup
Ghee /Butter - 3 tbsps
Cardamom Powder - 1/3 tsp (optional)
Cinnamon Powder - 1/3 tsp (optional)
Cashews for decoration (optional)
Sesame seeds for decoration (optional)

- Heat a pan on medium, add Ragi flour and dry fry for 5 mins till the raw flavor goes away.
- Add Coconut Powder to it and fry for 2 mins.
- Next add Sugar and fry for 1 min.
- Add water and quickly start stirring.
- Add 1 tbsp Ghee and stir for 1 mins. Add the remaining ghee and follow the same. Switch off heat. Let it cool and you can shape it in rounds, squares or any shape you want. Enjoy!!!
