Whole Wheat Crepes with Blueberry sauce and Mascarpone cheese

Saturday breakfast.. Thanks to V for this amazing breakfast in bed. I was so excited to eat that I didn't think much about taking pictures. I will take better pictures next time :)
Recipe credit: V 
For Crepe
Whole Wheat flour - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk to dilute for making batter for crepes. You can use water too. Note: this batter will be little watery.

For Blueberry sauce
Blueberries - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsps (can increase depending on your sweetness level)
Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
In a pan, on medium heat - add blueberries and sugar and keep stirring till sugar melts and the berries start to form in thick sauce. In the end add lime juice, simmer for 1 mins and done.

For Mascarpone filling
Mascarpone - 2 tbsps
Sugar (white) - 1-1/2 tsps
Mix Mascarpone and Sugar well and refrigerate till needed.

Process
Heat a non-stick pan to low-medium, pour the crepe batter, when the edges start to come out and the top side gets done - turn off heat remove from the pan. Add the blueberry sauce and mascarpone filling and roll the crepe. Enjoy!!!
P.S Masacarpone filling starts to melt with heat, but gives amazing taste.
