Fresh Tortellini Pasta with an Indian twist



Tortellini pasta
Marinara/Vodka Sauce
Chicken 
Capsicum
Zucchini 
Any veggies of your choice
Parmesan cheese to top it off


Pasta - Boil pasta as per the instructions on the package.
Veggies - Cut the veggies and add olive oil, salt & pepper on it and place in oven for 15 mins at 300F.. to get roasted veggies.
Sauce - Heat pan and add olive oil, lots of garlic, add the Sauce and let it warm.
Chicken - I marinated the chicken in a tandoori style (used, lil curd, red chili, cumin, coriander powder and some MDH Tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste). Yes I made a desi style marination. Keep the chicken in over at 400F for 15-20 mins till the chicken is cooked. Once cooked, remove the excess masala from the chicken and cut into small pieces.


Take serving plate - add pasta then veggies and chicken. Now add sauce and top it off with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
