Carrot Soup

Serves (4)
Carrot - 10 nos
Ginger and Garlic pieces per you taste
Curry leaves - 4 (optional)
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilis - 4
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Salt per taste

Cut carrots in small pieces and boil them in water for 15 mins. Remove them from water and grind them into fine paste. In a pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil, ginger & garlic pieces, chilis. Now add the carrot paste and add the water in which the carrots were boiled. Cook in low medium flame for 10 mins. Add pepper and salt as per taste.
