Schezwan Vegetables



Ingredients
Baby Corn, Squash, Carrots, Capsicum, cucumber, broccoli ( add any other vegetables)
Corn Flour - 3 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Salt per taste
Pepper powder per taste
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Maggi Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 tsp
Method
Mix all the ingredients other than veggies and set this sauce aside. Heat pan, add oil to it. Stir fry veggies in it after 3-4mins, add the sauce to it, now let it cook for sometime, adjust salt accordingly.
