Asian Style Garlic Green Beans

This is an amazing appetizer for vegetarian, vegans and also for non-vegetarians!
I recently had these amazing and easy appetizer at an american-chinese restaurant was totally in love with it since then. With winter storm Pax and almost close to a foot of snow outside, I couldn't think of anything better to go with a perfect glass of wine. So here's my recipe, to be honest it actually tasted better than what I ate at the restaurant.
Asian Style Garlic Green Beans

Beans - 12 oz by wt, boiled just enough to have a crisp bite
Soy Sauce - 2.5 tbsps (increase or decrease as desired)
Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - I used 2 large cloves finely chopped or 4 small cloves
Sriracha or Garlic Chili paste - ~2.5 tsps

In a wok/pan, add oil at medium low. Add garlic and saute for like 20 seconds, add sriracha and soy sauce (be careful it starts spilling). Now add green beans and saute for a minute or so and then turn off the heat. Tastes great as is or with noodles, rice or quinoa.
Enjoy!!
