Asian Style Chicken Wings (Baked)

Chicken Wings:
Chicken wings - 12 nos ( I buy organic)
Salt - per taste (approx. 3/4 tsp for 12 wings)
Pepper - 1 tsp (increase or decrease per taste level)
Sauce:
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp (increase or decrease per taste level)
Hot Sauce  - 5 tsp (increase or decrease per taste level)
Sugar  - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch cube, finely chopped
Garlic- 2 cloves, finely chopped
Garnish:
Cilantro - handful, finely chopped

  • Preheat oven at 425 F.
  • Paper dry the wings to remove the any moisture.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on all the wings.
  • Spread foil or parchment paper on a baking tray. If using foil, coat the foil with oil so that chicken doesn't stick.
  • Now place the wings on the tray evenly spaced and bake for 35 mins. Turn the wings at around 17th min so that both sides get cooked evenly. After almost 35 mins, wings get good color and crispy.
  • In a pan, add all the ingredients under Sauce and heat in a pan not more than 3 mins.
  • Now add wings and cilantro to the sauce and toss well.
Enjoy!!
