- Avocado - 1/2 cut inch wide cubes
- Cucumber - Sliced thin (count same as avocado cubes)
- Carrots / Zucchini - thinly sliced optional
- Lemon / Lime juice - 1/2
- Black Pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
- Red Chilli powder / Cayanne pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
- Salt per taste
Combine ingredients fron 4-7.
Coat avocado cubes with the above spiced lemon juice.
Wrap avocados along with your other favorite veggies in cucumber slices. Enjoy!!
