Hummus


1 can of chick peas/garbanzo alternatively soak 1 cup chana and boil it
1/2 lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
salt per taste
2.5 tsps of roasted sesame ( you can use tahini sauce, I find using roasted sesame gives the same taste
1/2 tsp Jeera 
salt per taste

Grind all the above ingredients to get the basic Hummus.

Garlic Hummus

Add 1-2 cloves of garlic to the above to get Garlic Hummus.

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Add 4-5 sun dried tomatos to the above listed and grind.

Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Hummus

Add 1-2 garlic cloves, 4-5 sun-dried tomato to the ingredient and grind them all. All versions are great but this is what I love the most. The flavors are just amazing.
