Minced Chicken Kababs



Minced chicken - 1lb
Red Chilli powder - 3.5 tsps ( I like it hot...you can adjust as per your taste)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
Scallions - 5 nos finely chopped
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Mint & Coriander leaves finely chopped
Skewers - as needed
Onion - 1 chopped for grilling
Capsicum 1 - chopped for grilling
Salt per taste
(To the above ingredients you can add 1 egg to bind, I personally don't prefer adding to the mix so I skipped)

Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 1 hr. In the meantime, soak your skewers in water.
To Cook: You can either cook it in an oven, grill or over an iron skillet. I used iron skillet as I love the char it gives.
Now roll the minced marinated chicken on each skewer and cook it on iron skillet/oven/grill along with the veggies. NOTE: DONOT press the chicken when cooking as it will loose all its natural juices. You will absolutely love it! Enjoy!!!
Ours were gone in 30 seconds :P
