Besan Ladoos |
Makes 12 medium size ladoos
Besan - 2 cupsGhee - 3/4 to 1 cup (adjust as per consistency)
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup (can make it to 2 as per your taste buds)
Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, Pistachios - slightly roasted in ghee
Mix Besan and Ghee and keep it oven at 400 F for 10 mins approximately (till the besan rawness disappears and color starts to change, do not let it burn). Once done, let it completely cool down. Now add sugar and the nuts. Start making round balls (Ladoos). If the consistency is very dry, you can either add milk/heavy cream/ghee spoon by soon and make into tight rounds. Enjoy the ladoos!
