Ginger Chicken quickiee way

Ingredients:
Skinless Boned Chicken - cut into 1 inch pieces (1kg)
Coriander - 1
Mint - 1
Red Onions - 2
Sprint onions - 8 count
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Ginger - grated or cut into small pieces - [1.5 inch piece]
Green Chillies - 10
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Dhania powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Jeera - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1
Salt as per taste
**please adjust chillis and red chilli powder as per your spice level
Procedure:
  1. Make a paste of all the ingredients from above (except for chicken).
  2. Marinate chicken with the paste made above for 30 mins.
  3. After 30 mins, in a pan add lil oil and heat in medium flame. Once heated add cinnamon stick, pepper corns, clove (as per your spice level).
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook till the gravy oozes oil and starts to thick.
  5. Add pepper powder and salt as per taste.
  6. Now reduce the flame and cook the chicken for 10 more minutes. You will notice that the green color of the gravy starts to change. Cook for 5 more mins and add lime juice and switch of the flame.
  7. Grate some more fresh ginger and mix.

  2. I tried this and it turned out really good. Thanks for introducing a wonderful recipe. As the name says, it was a "quickiee" and goes well with both rice and parathas.
