Mini Vadas


Ingredients
Black Gram - 1 cup soaked in water for at least 4 hrs
Green Chillies - 6 finely chopped

Onions - 1/2 finely chopped

Coriander leaves - finely chopped

Ginger - finely chopped

Method

1) Grind soaked Black Gram (Note: Do not add too much water, do not grind into a fine batter, it should be little coarse)

2) To this batter add green chillies, onions, ginger and coriander leaves and mix.
Add Salt as per taste.
3) In a pan add oil to fry and heat it. Make small balls of batter and add it to the hot oil...make sure it is in medium heat. Fry till it almost dark orange color.
4) Serve these with tomato chutney.
