Chili Garlic Prawns (Guest Post by Anusha)


Ingredients
1.Cooked prawns
2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Onions
4.Green Chilies
5.Red Chili flakes
6.curry leaves
7.Oil
8.Garam masala
9.pepper powder
10.lemon juice
Method
Marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon, red chili flakes, pepper, a little garam masala for 30mins. Put oil in a pan and let it heat, put the marinated prawns and let it cook for 15-20mins without the lid, let the water evaporate. Add slit onions, curry leaves, slit green chilies and coriander, and toss it for 5 mins. Add ginger for smell at the end; add pepper according to the taste.
